Very bad way to run things

点评：We have a annual pass and have been extremely dissatisfied with what Ive seen here thru the year. A lot of fish… just disappeared in the super large round tank and I got so many different answers from employees. Why cant they be honest and say.. hey..?? They died? Like 80% were gone one time I went. I just recently went again (Christmas show-lol a true JOKE ) and another man was talking about the same thing. We had been there this time for the BIG MOVIE of the penguins on the wall, as advertised dramatically on TV. Well that was a WASTE of money and such a flop it was sad. NO ONE would take blame for the mishap that was going on and they would not refund money. The movie was a real flop of maybe 4-5 minutes long. I watched as NO ONE was really interested in it as the screen just kept going in and out.. disappearing but you heard the voice. One older employee tried to tell me thats the way it is and its fine… then I looked at her and said NO— I dont think so.. and it flickered on and of course off the screen within seconds..and she looked puzzled ( no one ever checks I guess to make sure all is working ) and said OH It’s not working.. OMG LOL> really? So I was patient and figured they would contact someone on all the walkie talkies they carry…. NOPE ! I feel sorry because this could really get bad news for the aquarium. NO APOLOGY at all over the announcement ever. Just take our extra $10 or MORE $20 I think more for some.. to see the movie.. NO way!
ALSO People were walking around with maps.. it was so funny to listen to them all trying to see the animals in the dark or in the dark waters . Amusing really. Pretty much they were all saying the same thing…. We cant see, it so dark. I couldnt even see what was in the areas and I know the place by heart.
If you have NEVER been to a aquarium and dont get out of your home or state much.. then this is ok. It’s a beginners aquarium I would say. Dolphins are fun to watch.
I DO HAVE TO SAY.. the Christmas lights around the aquarium inside were very nicely done. Better than Dollywood. I was hoping for more fun items inside the tanks like they did at halloween.. that was cool.
