Really nice getaway and fun experience!
Great Northern Train Ride的点评
点评：Wow, what a fun excursion and right here in Wisconsin. My wife and I booked this trip to celebrate our 52nd wedding anniversary with a bed and breakfast train ride. What a Great decision! First of all we walked into the station and were met by a courteous young man by the name of Alexander “Alex”. Extremely knowledgeable about the companies history and visibly excited to share that passion my wife and I were amazed to find Alex was only a freshman in high school and the owner’s son. Checking in with Alex we met Mardell, Alex’s mom, and had a great conversation.
Time to board the train. We were directed to our state room which was extremely comfortable. All the amenities. Queen bed, full bathroom with walk in shower etc.
Dinner was next, but first down to the club car for a cocktail, appetizer and conversation amongst the guests. Now the transition to the dining car. Linen covered tables and a fabulous dinner with all the trimmings ( you pre select you menu item when you book the trip)
Everything was absolutely phenomenal! The train rolls along for about 2 1/2 hours while you enjoy the experience while seeing the country side. Back to the station to park for the evening and relax in your state room or go to the club car for other entertainment card games etc.
after a great nights sleep (bed very comfy) we were greeted by a breakfast that was really delicious too! The meal menu is the same as served on trains in the past.
At the conclusion of our experience I was invited by Alex to a foot tour of the train yard including a close up look at the restoration of the “Mark Twain Zephyr” train. Oh my goodness, would love to ride this train!
The history of train travel is preserved in this business by the love of trains by this family. From Alex’s Grampa to his Dad, Greg and Mom, Mardell. Glad I saw the advertisement for this adventure and I look forward to a Pizza train ride in the future with my three granddaughters, thanks to the Vicelands.

一夜好眠（床很舒服）后，我们享用了一顿美味的早餐！菜单和过去的火车一样。
体验结束后，Alex邀请我徒步参观了火车站，还近距离观看了“马克·吐温·西风号”列车的修复。我的天哪，真想坐上这趟火车！
这家人对火车的热爱，让火车旅行的历史得以传承。从Alex的爷爷到他的父亲Greg，再到母亲Mardell，无不体现着这一点。很高兴看到这次旅行的广告，我期待着将来能和我的三个孙女一起乘坐披萨火车，感谢Vicelands。
