点评:Swimming inside cenote is great, but staff there just want to get paid to do the bare minium.
2 of us bought the zipline, cave tour, cenote combo tickets online.
Arrived at the gate at 11am, waited 30 min for shuttle to take us to reception. Given a wrist band and told to wait there for zipline. When I asked the girl in English, she said she explained to my friend already (in Spanish), which I dont speak ..
It was after 12 when a guide fetch us to the zipline station thru a short walk. 2 guides helped 2 families with the harness first. After mine was put on, my friend was walking back. She was told in Spanish there is no harness wide enough for her and she can get refund at the office. I was mad, but didnt want to upset her anymore, so I did the zipline. I would have asked refund for both of us at the reception if she were told earlier!! We waited an hour since arrival for this sh.it.
The zipline was not worth the $$. There is no nice view, no vertical drop, upside is you wont die, only break bones if fall. The guides rush thru the safety instruction. Since I was the last one of the group, the guide couldnt even wait till I unhook from the zipline before he zipped behind me while I was still standing at all the stops!
The cave tour has only 1 guide and 20 tourists, so he didnt do much except telling us keep moving along. His light is not enough to light the path for the whole group, most people use their cell phone to light the path. Someone did slip and fell because parts of the path were wet and dark.
The teenager work at the cenote station did not speak English and only gave us keys to lockers and did nothing. When we started walking to the cenote, he told us to shower first. Afterwards, we walked by a man who asked if we were swimming, and handed us the life vest and told us to go back to ask for snorkel mask from the teenager!
They take photos during ziplining and inside the cenote. The price listed is US$40 for 1-2 photos, but the family of 3 told me they paid US$100 for 90 photos (thru Airdrop, not printed copies), and were told $25 for 1 photo. We came back with my phone to the cenote after swimming, thinking to take some photos at the entrance. It was 3pm then, most tourist left and no staff was inside anymore, and we saw there is a walkway to enter without getting wet. So we took many photos with my phone at the same spot where the staff was taking photos!
Its obvious the park knows of their poor services and complaints. Otherwise why posting 2 QR codes, 1 marked for comments/complaints (thru Whatsapp - easy to ignore), another marked for Review (thru TripAdvisor)?
