十二门徒直升机的点评
点评：We pre booked a helicopter ride for 4pm, but due to weather it was cancelled. While we completely understand safety and weather issues, the disappointing part was that no one made any attempt to contact us beforehand—we only found out after arriving. We were then offered either a refund or to reschedule for the next morning. We rescheduled, but later that same evening (around 4:30pm) we saw the helicopter flying in perfectly clear skies, which was frustrating.
The next morning the experience didn’t improve. The staff were not very welcoming, and although we had pre-booked and paid online for the special helicopter-shaped USB for the video, months in advanced, we were told they had “run out” and were offered either a refund or just a regular USB. The pilot barely gave any commentary during the flight, which made it feel very underwhelming for the price. After landing, when we waited for the video we’d already paid for, the staff seemed surprised we were still there and even tried to hand us other people’s belongings while giving us ours.
Overall, for the cost, the experience was very poor and disappointing.
