点评：This is my second time experiencing "My Mexican Kitchen". The first time I went my friend who lives in PV 6 months a year always brings her friends. My friend spoke with Edgar/Travis about that evening and we did Salsa's and Tapas. It was a great experience in their facility in Bucerias.
When we were visiting last week, a weeks prior I spoke to Travis asking about different classes. We knew with the heat we were not going to do the walking tour. We chose Chef;s choice. Travis looked up the menu's a few of us had from previous classes and morphed us a new menu to us with recipes that were flavorful, and many choices. The class was informative, professional but light, AND FUN! Our group is planning on replicating these dishes and making them for our husbands.
