Misty Isle Boat Trips的点评
点评：A great boat trip excursion from Elgol , a small fishing village in the south of the island , with a coffee and food van called The Creel. The fresh seafood snacks looked amazing. Also, a cafe up on the hill which had gorgeous homemade icecream, and the old school house has a small museum running to try and keep the building alive and purposeful. Public toilets available too.
The Misty Isle crew led by Captain Sandy and son Shaun, they both gave a great talk on their family links to the island and its history, along with the sea life we could expect to see….and we were lucky to see some common seals and their pups basking on the rocks, and dolphins swimming and jumping around near the boat.
The boat docks and then you have a short walk (wear good steady shoes) over a stony path and little incline to reveal the fresh water Loch Coruisk which was the most peaceful, serene and magical place. We took along our lunch and sat up high on the rocks with an amazing view. You sail for round 40 mins, then get 90 mins at the Loch before sailing back to Ergol.
A great experience while visiting Skye.
