点评:We visited in May so this review reflects out experience in that month.
The water is cold for pretty much the entire day, this can make for a nice change as the temperatures have been almost hitting 30 degrees Celsius with little wind.
The beach is made up of stones and pebbles which prove challenging to walk on, bring sea shoes.
There was lots of chopped up seaweed in the water on the shoreline as well as an accumulation of seaweed which had dried up on the beach making it similar to a damp sawdust floor.
Id reccomend swimming in right most side of the cove, thia appears to be a 'ocals' spot where the water is warmer and calmer.
There is a drop/trench in the water a couple of metres in which has caught a few holiday goers off guard.
A nice but rugged walk along the coast following the sea to the right of the cove.
The sun is fully on the beach for 10am, any time before that and you'll be in the shade of the mountain.
A couple of dogs are on the beach owned by who we believe run the boat rental service - they were little terrors and urinated on people's belongings and began to bark at those wearing a certain type of sandal. That being said, we saw a lot of people hiring boats and canoes.
There is a restaurant- George's Taverna which is accessible from the beach itself.
