点评：My Significant Other was very disappointed with her recent purchases.
She had come simply to upgrade a prior purchase. However a hard sell was applied immediately as she was shown piece after piece of jewellery and offered alcoholic drinks. Prices were scribbled on a piece of paper (attached) and she was told she only had to pay $18000 for the $26350 in jewelery. The incessant sales tactics worked and she bought the items. (Mark acted more like a timesales salesman than a professional jeweller.) She was given an un-itemized receipt for $18000. When the appraisals came, a set of earing scribbled down as $6950 was appraised at $450. Other appraisals were low. She felt very cheated. She made multiple calls to the store. She spoke to Steven and others asking to talk to Mark for an explanation. Mark has never returned any of the multiple calls.
