Fun day out!
Diggerland Yorkshire的点评
点评：Two of us went to Diggerland on a Saturday - we're both in our mid-twenties but we had a lot more fun than we thought we would! We spent the whole day there and went on all the adult rides/attractions. There were only a few that were just for children. All the staff were very friendly and bubbly, and we got a good 2mins+ on each activity per person. Queue times were very minimal. The activities themselves were fantastic as there was a real range: hook-a-ducks, stacking tyres, driving round small tracks and hills, all using diggers, and also traditional things like dodgems, woodland ride etc.
We also had lunch in the cafe at around 3PM. There was no queue and the staff were very helpful. Service was quick, food was tasty and good portions.
From about 3PM the park gets quieter as all the families tend to have left - so a good opportunity to get in a second go on your favourite activities!
We also paid extra for the Dumper Racing experience which takes place after the main park shuts. There were about 30 people who attended, three vehicles, and we all got at least three proper drives each - one a practise, the next more difficult, and the last a reversing task. The waits between the drives weren't long, and it was a lot of fun. Again, super friendly and genuinely enthusiastic staff. You do need to book in advance though as the 'extra'/VIP activities have limited availability.
Overall a great day out with a lot of funny memories to take away. I would recommend to anyone, even those not too fussed about diggers but just want a fun day out!
