Outrageous charging parents to stay

点评：We live local and have visited many a time we went for my child’s birthday and some of the mums stayed as the kids were younger, I went to pay and was charged admission per adult I questioned this and was told “the parents had the privilege of doing the farm tour and feeding the animals” I said they didn’t get any feed nor a cup of tea and iv to pay because they walked around outside which I was told “people travel from far away and cities to do this so yes you have to pay!
On there web pay it’s 4 adults per party which I didn’t see as I booked it over the phone and it was never an issue in any other 15 parties I booked got my kids,now all us live local and grew up on farms none of the parents held an animal nor fed them and parties are being billed. It’s very sad in this day and age when you litterly have to ask parents to leave. As the owner told me tell the parents drop and go! Which is quite rude, there is loads of other places local to here that do not charge for parents and give out tea. I wasn’t looking for anything free but bringing 20 kids then being billed for adults is a bit much. Ya the kids had a great time but we will not be booking anything here again and have posted it in a parents group who said the same. The parents should be welcome to stay most they bough sweets , food or teas and coffees so they spend money there and I would be thinking staying to supervise there own kids would be a help to this premises!
