点评:I saw all the 5 star ratings and I was very excited to book a stretch limo for my staffs Christmas dinner in Boston. I have a staff of 10. We had dinner reservations and wanted a ride to and from Boston (coming from Manchester NH). The driver “got lost” and showed up over 20 minutes late. He pulled up in an SUV that only fit 7 people and we had 10. My heart sank because now we had no real options as not everyone could fit in the vehicle. They accidentally sent the wrong vehicle to pick us up and the correct vehicle was back at their warehouse. I showed them my confirmation of the 13 passenger stretch limo and the driver realized he made a mistake and took the wrong car. I ended up having to hire someone else to bring half the group to Boston to try and salvage the night. The driver in the SUV brought the other half. We missed our dinner reservations and it was a busy Saturday night. The restaurant had us wait 30 minutes to try and put something together for us quickly to accommodate, and they really tried to help us. After dinner they picked us up with the correct limo and brought us home. Once the correct limo came every thing was fine UNTIL I talked to the manager about refunding me for the hours I paid for but never had the limo for since they sent the incorrect vehicle. I paid for 4.5 hours and used 1.5 hours.
He said the best he can do is 25% off!!!!!!
It was truly an insult at this point. I had to really push to pay for only the hours I used (which is more than fair, seeing as half my staffs night was ruined, and I had to pay someone else for a ride down). You would think for the astronomical mix up, they would try and make things right, but I guess not.
I wasn’t going to write a bad review because things happen, but when they tried to make me pay $630 for a 90 min Limo ride and a messed up evening, I thought… I definitely needed to share this with other who may be experiencing similar things with this shady company.
Beware when hiring.. now seeing other reviews it looks as though other people have had late pick ups and no show drivers 😒
