点评：This event was for my 16 years old birthday party. We were on search for a limousine service and we got across somehow good reviews from tripadvisor on this company. We finally decide to make a phone call to their customer service. We booked the service however on a pick up day, our driver was late for 48 minutes and the girls were late for dinner reservation. The person on the phone was awfully rude and was not given us approximate time for rhe drivers eta. when the driver arrived, he had a horrible attitude and he was driving the girls so aggressively. My daughter called me multiple time stating daddy. This guy is driving like crazy we don’t wanna die. The temperature was 20° and their heating system was not working. The vehicle was not cleaned and sanitized. The dirt and trash was left over from the previous clients. The vehicle was making squeaking noise old falling apart the end of the night we called their customer service We informed them that the drop off maybe delay for 7 to 8 minutes 10 minutes max and they say it’s fine at the end of the trip. They charged us a $250 cleaning fee and an additional hour for being eight minutes late with the drop off.
