点评：My wife and I were planning a trip to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and Umbria was on our itinerary. Lucky for us, we have a long relationship with Anne dating back to trips to Assisi more than 15 years ago while our college age daughters were studying abroad. I immediately reached out to her and began planning a trip centered on two things - exploring the beautiful city of Assisi and (based on her strong recommendation) attending the Festa dei Ceri in Gubbio. As always, our actual experience surpassed all of our expectations and provided lasting memories.
We stayed at Anne's lovely apartment in the Umbrian countryside and spend two wonderful days exploring Assisi with the assistance of her keen insights and directions. Then on May 15th we traveled with her to Gubbio for the festival - hard to describe but a magical experience that we will never forget. I simply can’t say enough good things about Anne. She is more than a guide to us - a true friend or more like a family member we don’t often get to see but cherish our time together when we can make it happen.
