A Magical 'Day Out With Thomas' at the Spa Valley Railway

点评：Our family of six adults and three excited toddlers recently embarked on a truly magical adventure with Thomas the Tank Engine at the Spa Valley Railway in Tunbridge Wells, and it exceeded all expectations!
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, setting a fantastic tone for the day. The little ones were instantly engaged with thoughtful touches like Thomas-themed puzzles, colouring sheets complete with pencils, and fun party poppers. This immediate engagement was a lifesaver!
The array of activities on offer was outstanding, providing endless entertainment before our train ride. Face painting, temporary tattoos, a bouncy castle, and a slide kept the toddlers thoroughly amused, while train sets and craft activities offered quieter options. There was truly something for everyone.
A special mention must go to the wonderful characters, Sir Topham Hatt, Rusty, and Dusty! They were not only great fun and engaging with the children but also incredibly helpful, adding an extra layer of magic to the day.
The train journey itself was a delight. The Spa Valley countryside is beautiful, and we were thrilled to spot several deer along the scenic route. The opportunities to take family photos with Thomas were a real highlight, creating lasting memories for us all.
Just when we thought the day couldn't get any better, we were treated to an unexpected quick ride on Percy upon our return! This extra touch was a wonderful surprise and a testament to the generosity of the staff.
This was a truly fantastic day out that we wholeheartedly recommend to families with young children. A huge thank you to all the staff at the Spa Valley Railway for their kindness, enthusiasm, and for creating such a memorable experience for our family.
