Wonderful easy-going experience
Shore Excursions Asia的点评
点评：I travelled with my whole family to Japan during the summer of 2025. It was 21 of in total and we took a cruise, but we booked all our on-shore excursions with Shore Excursions Asia and we had a wonderful experience with them. We did a total of 9 tours with them; all of them were private tours with just our party of 21.
Felix was our agent, and from the beginning he was incredibly heplful and nice. I gave him the stops of our cruise and he suggested what we should visit at each place. All of our tours were very nicely curated. Because of the cruise itinerary they had to be rather short, but they were still great; we saw all the major sights at each port and all of the guides were very accomodating in case that we wanted to see something else or perhaps stay a little bit longer at a stop.
Also, all of the tour guides were very kind and excited to share more of their culture and history with us. Some of them spoke better english than others, but we managed to communicate with all of them just fine and they were extremely nice and helpful.
The communication with Felix and the agency was very effective and easy-going. They were quick to respond, despite of the time difference, and that made the whole booking experience feel very reassuring and organized.
The tour guides were always on time to pick us up at the port when we arrived and it was very easy to find them. The transportation was always clean, effective and the chauffers were very good drivers. And we were always back at the port with plenty of time to get back on the cruise.
I would definitely recommend Shore Excursions Asia to a friend and if I travelled again to Japan, I would seek to book with them again. And if possible, to do so again with Felix as he was so helpful and attentive.

导游总是准时在港口接我们，而且很容易找到他们。交通工具干净整洁，高效便捷，司机驾驶技术也非常好。我们每次都能及时返回港口，有充足的时间登上邮轮。
我一定会向朋友推荐亚洲岸上观光公司（Shore Excursions Asia），如果我再次去日本旅行，我还会选择他们。如果可以的话，我希望再次与Felix合作，因为他非常乐于助人且体贴周到。
