Great altitude acclimation overnight stay!
Mt. Fuji 5th Station Monument的点评
点评：This hotel has very clean and has spacious bedding along with nearby lockers, shower and toilets on same floor. They have a restaurant and store with many hiking supplies, souvenirs and snacks. Across the street is various other restaurants, coffee shops, post office, souvenirs and the nearby Yoshida Trail entrance. It truly is the perfect location to start your Fuji hike for this trail. If you choose not to hike, this area has great viewpoints and all the amenities needed to enjoy Mt. Fuji.
I would give this hotel a five-star rating if it weren’t for the smell of urine that accumulates late at night in the bathroom areas and seems to permeate through the halls. If you wear a mask, it’s not so bad, but it’s an issue that truly needs to be resolved. It’s the only reason I would hesitate to recommend this location for future visitors. Re-piping may be very expensive or not feasible, so the only other thought would be to place bathrooms nearby, outside for people to use.
