Okay Trip, but beware of Cunning Owner

点评：I hiked Mulanje Mountain with Trek-Mulanje Tours between 7–10 february. The tour experience itself was ok, but I'd advise you to choose the self-catering option (but with a chef provided) to get value for your money.
However, after the hike, I sought assistance from the owner, David Majeweta, to facilitate a funds transfer for me - sent him 1.95mln MWK as no mobile account can hold more than a million MWK at a time. He has since defrauded me of the MWK 1.95 million and is refusing to refund the money.
I have attached screenshots evidencing the following:
--> Threats from David, stating he would “hunt for me” with his team after I informed him I would pursue legal action.
--> Public denial of knowing me, calling me a hacker on Facebook after I exposed his conduct; he then blocked me and deleted my post from his page.
--> Repeated vulgar and insulting text messages when I attempted to recover my funds, calling me “stupid” and other derogatory terms (some later deleted by him).
I believe a business owner’s reputation is inseparable from their business. I strongly caution anyone planning to engage with him. He's very cunning, arrogant too, as you'll see in the texts exchanged between us.
Mind you, this is a 48-year-old man targeting a 27-year-old woman, seemingly confident I cannot hold him accountable. I am pursuing legal action.
