Let’s Go Potty的点评
点评：Please please avoid!
Visited at Christmas to make a bauble and plate for my 3 month old with her foot print and hand print. I requested some artwork to be done by the resident ‘artist’. I was very clear in what I wanted however this was not followed. The bauble also had an air bubble and looked generally like no effort had been made.
I took the items back into store and was given a refund and the owner said that she would work on rectifying the items. I didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks and when I called to follow up I was told that they cannot find my items but would look and call me. I waited another week before calling again to be told the same thing ‘give your number and we’ll call you once we find them’. Again it’s been a week.
I do not want to have anything more to do with the rude and unprofessional staff in there making false promises. I have now lost my babies foot and hand print memories which I will never get back.
I will never go back into Let’s Go Potty and will be advising all of my friends and family to do the same.
