点评:If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited Let’s Go Potty with my mother on 05/04/24 as a Mother’s Day treat. I was told I’d receive a call when our items were ready, but after two weeks of silence, I had to chase them up myself—only to find out the items had been ready, but no one bothered to inform me.
When I arrived to collect them (I don’t live anywhere near the shop), one of the items was chipped. How this wasn’t spotted and communicated to me beforehand is beyond me. I was told it would be fixed and delivered to me. Again, I had to call them to get an update and was told it would be delivered today. I’m still waiting. To add my calls are not not being answered. This is theft and fraud. I’ll be making contact with the police now.
It’s now nearly June, my mother still hasn’t received her Mother’s Day gift, and I’m £60 out of pocket. No communication, no apology, and frankly, shocking customer service from start to finish. Not money well spent at all.
