When I questioned the confusing and inflated total, he attempted to justify it by inventing a "cancellation fee" for a simple bike swap. The lack of transparency and refusal to follow standard business procedures is shocking.
I have filed official complaints with both the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service and the Tax Department, so this is not a personal dispute but a matter of public record.
