Great excursion, fantastic customer service - snorkeling, fishing, beach

点评：We had a great trip with Captain Jason and Sugar Island last week. He was proactive in reaching out and talking with us to book a combination of activities including snorkeling at Cades Reef, fishing and relaxing at a quiet beach. We did a half-day trip and brought our own snorkel gear since as divers we are very picky about our masks. We ended up spending a very nice hour exploring the reef, then we fished for a while ( it was supposed to be just an hour but it went longer than I thought my wife was going to let us, as we tried two spots and she thoroughly enjoyed it - definitely caught as many as I did.) Jason and his mate Kerry were fantastic fishing guides, served us their traditional rum punch and were knowledgable about the island and super polite about anything we could ask, so we just kept fishing for quite a while hauling in red hind groupers, yellowtail and mangrove snappers, porgy, squirrelfish, one triggerfish and a few others. Our crew cleaned a few of them for us and we took them back to our resort and had them grilled for dinner. To top off the trip, we headed to Turners Beach which was so beautiful and floated for a bit, soaking in the brilliantly aqua-colored water and peaceful setting.
My wife actually forgot her sandals when we were dropped back to the resort and I texted Jason and said I'd come pick them up the next day at Jolly Harbour if convenient. No worries he says when he texted me back, as he was already walking them back over our way and he met me on the beach. So. Nice. Fantastic service and this is of course what anyone who's been out with Captain Jason would expect, it's a theme in all these reviews so that's why we booked him in the first place. The people are right. We had a very good day, and enjoyed our snorkel/fishing/beach trip a ton. I highly recommend Sugar Island. Thank you for the tour Jason!
