Jandaulet is the best guide - highly recommend Kerege

点评：Jandaulet, we call him Johnny, is the absolute best guide. He's very knowledgeable and informative - he has shared a lot about Mongolian culture, traditions and customs with us, which can only be learnt from a local, and not easily found from published sources.
He is also very helpful and many times goes the extra mile to make sure we have a smooth and enjoyable journey.
His driving skills also have us impressed as the Mongolian countryside terrain and the city traffic are really challenging and almost impossible for someone not used to driving in the country. But he drives so well and we even applauded after he's passed the volcanic rock area in heavy rain.
Overall the communication with Kerege is smooth and easy. Customer service is quick and organized through WhatsApp. We have difficulty paying online and they came to our hotel lobby to collect cash. All our requests for customisation have also been fulfilled. Would really recommend Kerege.
