Awful, Went Way Downhill

点评：You charge me a fraudulent charge. Then your manager started yelling at me on the phone for no reason. Then they told me they couldn't help me and I needed to call my bank. You took nearly $120 from a card I didn't use for the stay. I also noticed many electrical issues during my stay that I am now contacting the state and county about. There were spiders all over my room. There were many holes in the building that go directly outside with no insulation or barrier. The room didn't have the full kitchen utensils that I was told about multiple times by your staff. It didn't even have paper towels or kleenex. The room itself was dirty on floor and counters and the dust and webs up high was disgusting. The pool was a nightmare with multiple balls flying at high speeds through the air and smashing into people's heads. Staff didn't do anything when talked to about it because "They're kids" is what I was told by your staff. The knob on the front door of my room was broken. The heater in the bathroom has backwards controls. There isn't any covering on 2 of the doors so people can look in all night. Door knob by fridge was broken. Oven smelled like it was going to burn the place down. Couches are very uncomfortable. The beds are even worse. The price for what I got was absolutely horrendous!
