Its location in Chapultepec Park is great — you can combine with other attractions in the park. The detailed displays help you understand the cultural, spiritual, and historical importance of the artifacts; many exhibits are informative with bilingual signage.
Reasonable ticket prices; free entrance for children, and sometimes free visits for residents or on certain days. Facilities are solid: café, restrooms, cloakroom for bags/backpacks.
