Over-priced. Horrible Food. Bad Customer Service Overall.

点评：On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being terrible and 10 being Amazing, I'd rate this establishment a 1. First, eat elsewhere before you come here! I mean that seriously. it's overpriced, slow and the quality is severely lacking.
I don't know where to begin. So I'll mention the 2 decent parts; one, the manager at the front desk was able to move my digital card on to a physical game card quickly at no charge so I could use the credits that I paid for with the intent of using the digital card that didn't work. And, two, our server (I do not know her name) was very pleasant. She ran her butt off and kept a smile on her face the whole time,
With that said, now I bring you the bad...
First off, we waited in line for almost 20 minutes when we got in there only to FINALLY be told that we can reload and purchase game cards with our server. So we went to look for a table near the game area. Once we figured out thar there was a separate hostess station for that area and finally found the hostess she was EXTREMELY rude. She was very obviously put out to even look at or speak to me. I don't understand what her issue was as I walked up and greeted her very nicely and asked her if she could seat us at a table. She didn't respond to me when I asked her politely if she was the hostess so I had to assume she heard me when I said we had 5 people.
She had an iPad looking thing she was messing with for what I assumed was table assignments and she also had her personal cell phone open to videos on YouTube that she was also fiddling with...which took precedence over the customers apparently.
She grabbed menus and started walking. She didn't say she was sorry for making us wait or apologize for not speaking. She simply grabbed menus and started walking away...very fast. She looked back and gave an exaggerated look that basically said "well, are you coming?!?" So I ran, and I mean literally was in a full on jog trying to follow her and not lose her. The rest of my family literally had to find me and our table.
When I caught up to her she whipped around the corner and threw our menus on a table for 4 and walked away. I was dumbfounded, like literally at a loss as to why this young lady was even working in a public place where she had to interact with people.
My husband and I watched her seat several other families and she would make faces at them or not being able to keep up. And when someone got in her way she made nasty faces behind the customers backs, sticking out her tongue and rolling her eyes. Before we left the establishment for the evening we saw her and her boyfriend or friend sitting behind the hostess station eating and she was messing with her cell phone.
Our server came by and the rest was fine, not great or good, but fine. The burgers weren't cooked the way we asked, my salad was VERY small and I paid extra for shrimp. I got 5 super small pieces. Then we waited for 20 minutes for the server to come back to just get us a to go container and out check.
When we finally finished with that, we went to spend our credits and play some games. I had a digital card that didn't work. I saw a cluster of servers standing by their station talking. I went and stood there waiting for them to politely finish their conversation but they didn't address me a all. Each looked at me but didn't bother to ask if I needed something, which was weird as I was standing awkwardly close to them in an employee area,
