点评：Our experience with this tour company in Samaná was extremely disappointing. We were told to be ready at 9:00 a.m., but they didn’t leave until 10:00 a.m., making us wait an hour.
The worst part happened at Cayo Levantado. We were told to return by 4:30 p.m., and we arrived at 4:35 p.m., only to find that the group had already left. Four people were left stranded on the island with no communication or support. When we called the company, instead of helping or apologizing, they blamed us for being “late”—conveniently forgetting they made us wait a full hour in the morning. Didn’t offer to pick us up, we had to pay another company to take us back.
Once they have your money, they clearly stop caring about the tourists. We would never use their services again and do not recommend them at all.
