Fantastic staff! Great day out!

点评：I paid for the waterpark and tag active.
On arrival I was surprised as I didn’t realise I had already paid for tag active (I thought I got a discount) so this was a pleasant surprise.
The waterpark was good for different ages, was clean, and felt safe with plenty of lifeguards.
Tag active was very big, laid out well with lots to do.
There’s also soft play areas.
Everywhere was clean, well laid out and we spent a few hours here.
Nothing at all like this on offer near Cambridge, if there was we would be there weekly!
We ordered food. Our order got lost!
But as soon as we realised and bought it to the attention of staff it was very quickly corrected! Amazing service by the staff. The food was also better than expected too!
Overall I couldn’t recommend highly enough and if we lived closer would be regular visitors.
