MOTO-PFOHE Rent a Car的点评
点评：I rented a car from Moto-Pfohe Rent a Car in mid-May 2025 for four months, until mid-September. I was given a slightly beat-up Ford that still ran ok and looked clean inside. I paid for all possible insurances and taxes. Everything was fine until the beginning of August, when the oil change light came on. This surprised me a lot, because the company was aware that I was renting the car for a long time and was supposed to do full check up and maintenance of the car before I picked it up.
When I called to ask what to do I was told to go to the nearest big city and drop the car off there for an oil change. And all this without an apology, disregarding the fact that I'm wasting my own time during my vacation. Also, I wasn't offered a car to make up for the time I was losing. I had to wait in a small waiting room for hours, with no way to go anywhere because that company does not provide its paying customers with a car as compensation for the time without it.
In any other country that has laws and order, in the event of a breakdown, even if it's the customer's fault (let alone due to the company's negligence), they either replace the car immediately and take care of the problem themselves, or provide you with transportation for the time you're without the car you paid for.
This problem was entirely Moto-Pfohe's fault, for which I paid with my personal time and inconvenience.
I would never recommend this company to anyone! They displayed absolute lack of responsibility and disregarded the rights of their customers. Such way of doing business is unacceptable for a company that claims to work according to the best European practices.
