点评:I booked a blacksmithing workshop for my husband for our anniversary. The first date we had chosen needed to be rescheduled because there was construction happening on the property. This wasn’t a problem, so I rescheduled the workshop as well as our Airbnb. Two days before the class was meant to happen the second time, I got another email saying that they were cancelling the class because the minimum enrolment was not met. I sent a lot of emails back and forth with Cheryl, trying to get my money back. This late in the summer it is very difficult to rebook accommodations and I’m not interested in taking a third chance that the class will actually happen. I tried to call them several times, but there was no answer. Eventually, Cheryl stopped answering my emails altogether, and I am now trying to deal with PayPal to get my money back. This is some truly terrible customer service, and I do not recommend booking with them.
