Horrible service, rude owner

点评：I’ve seen many bad reviews of this company and the owner has a lot of different excuses regarding his behavior. I’ve yet to see him take responsibility for his bad manners, unclear direction and vindictive personality. The problem is, he has a monopoly on the chairs if you aren’t staying at the hotel. He seems to show up when he wants and there are chairs (sitting there unlocked) and umbrellas set up (ours was broken). We sat under one of the umbrellas and when he finally showed up we tried to pay him. He replied that he wouldn’t allow us to stay there and he didn’t want us to pay him. He did the same to another family nearby saying “I don’t do business this way”. We left after that. Unfortunately, the others on the beach are losing money from his bad behavior when he chases people away. I understand if he wants to deny service to people, I guess that’s his right. He doesn’t need to be so rude about it however. I would skip Grace Bay and go to Sunset beach or Sapodilla. We had great experiences at both places and met a lot of kind, helpful people. I believe his name is Kareem (he refused to tell us but I noticed it from the other reviews). He owns this “business” so he doesn’t seem to be accountable to anyone. DON’T RENT FROM HIM if you can avoid it.
