DJ Travels的点评
点评：We have recently completed a 10 night tour of Sri Lanka, arranged from the UK with Derrick at DJ Travels.
Everything went smoothly and Derrick was helpful and responsive with his answers to our questions during and after the booking process.
We were picked up from the airport by Mr Jayaratna (Jaya) who was such a kind, polite and considerate man, with excellent driving skills.
We saw all we wanted to see with an extremely flexible schedule, to suit us on a daily basis but ‘covering’ everything on our itinerary.
Jaya took us wherever we wanted to go and was able to provide some background knowledge, which was enough for us.
However, if you want a more ‘in depth’ explanation of sites, temples, etc, it was easy ( and reasonable) to hire the local guide that operated in the particular temple/ site.
Hotels and food were all satisfactory. Derrick had sent us links to them all beforehand so we could check them out ourselves to ensure they were what we wanted.
On one occasion, there was a problem with our hotel room, and although it was late on a Sunday evening, Derrick sorted it out for us very quickly ( within 30 minutes) and arranged to have us transferred to another hotel that suited us more.
That is indeed fabulous customer service!
We would highly recommend DJ Travels if you are looking for a trip to Sri Lanka.
