点评:The tour to Chefchaoun was okay (not worth the money in my opinion) but the customer service from Sarah was awful. Her manner was rude, hostile and unfriendly, for example, when messaging me that the driver was outside I replied immediately to say that I was heading out, she messaged me 2 minutes later asking “are you there already? We have customers waiting”. Zero patience, zero empathy, zero humility.
On their website they claim to “value our dear guests”, this certainly isn’t true from what I have experienced.
They also say that they will pick up from the hotel, only when it suits them. My hotel wasn’t on a narrow or difficult street, and they asked if I could wait outside (in the cold).
Save your money and travel with the plethora of other tour operators in Tangier who actually respect and are pleasant to customers.
