点评：I was looking for the ultimate foodie/culture experience in Morocco. I go away every year for about a week, usually organising things myself, this year I was running late and came across So Morocco.
After a couple of email exchanges Linda understood what I was looking for, and curated the most outstanding 5 days adventure for me split between the High Atlas Mountains and Essaouira.
The chosen accommodation was perfect, split between Eco Lodge, Riad and the Chefs private villa, with swimming pool. Nothing was rigid in terms of activities, and on a couple of occasions we adjusted to fit my exacting requirements, I had very specific things I wanted to do.
The drivers (x 2), were excellent, spoke excellent English and great fun, vehicles were high quality, comfortable and well suited to both on an off roading.
Amanda was my chef and with so many years experience, including cooking for Gordon Ramsey, Fred and Gino when they were filling in Morocco, Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin and so much more, let’s just say she was awesome plus!
The quality of ingredients for the cooking was top notch, combined with Amanda’s own home grown organic spices!
A perfect 5 days, perfectly organised, perfectly executed I would be giving 6/5 or 11/10 if possible.
