Good with a few flaws

点评：The soft play itself is great and reasonably priced given there is no limit on how long you stay. The coconut climbers and bumper cars are novel additions that my 6 year old loved - and they were free, even better!
However I’ve knocked one star off because it’s not the cleanest of places. The carpet is stained all over and the tables weren’t regularly wiped down.
I took a second star off because I ordered two meals, waited for 40 minutes and nothing arrived. My child repeatedly kept asking when his food would arrive as he was getting hungrier and hungrier. I eventually asked at the counter how long the food was going to take and the staff member realised she hadn’t actually put the order in. Now, that’s fine, she made a mistake - we all do. However nothing was done to make up for the mistake, perhaps they could have offered a free drink or a full/partial refund as a reconciliatory gesture.
