Unforgettable experience with a rockstar tour company!

点评：Nur and his team were outstanding. From starting planning to the end of our trip, my sister and I went to Mongolia and had the trip of a lifetime. Nur helped ahead of time with coordinating everything through WhatsApp, including helping us make a custom tour and was flexible when we wanted to switch to a different part of the country. He is so knowledgeable about everything Mongolia and truly knows all the best itineraries. He helped to review my flights and make sure everything was prepared ahead of time, including sending a personalized itinerary and packing list.
Our driver was so amazing - the whole route in Mongolia really is a bumpy ride - and he navigated the unpaved paths like a pro. Get ready for some serious off-roading. Our cook and tour guide/translator were also so great. We had more than enough food prepared for every meal and always had snacks on hand if we wanted. We always felt comfortable. We really felt like we had an immersive experience, staying with local families along our route and sharing meals with them. You could tell that the team has a good reputation with the families we stayed with. There is so much beauty in the country, and Nur’s tour experiences really allows you to experience it stress free. We made lifelong friends with our guide and continue to communicate every once in awhile still months after the trip!
Our team also helped set up amenities like a private tented area with a camping toilet, set up cozy beds with a camping mat layer and nice blankets, and helped to keep our heaters running warm. They also brought a drone and shared the footage to us upon request with no issue! We rode horses, saw waterfalls and a glacier, went to a local museum, and had a golden eagle experience. Truly was unforgettable and couldn’t recommend Nur’s company more!
