• Blue Moonstone Mine in Meetiyagoda – a fascinating visit to learn about the semi-precious stone unique to Sri Lanka.
• Tea Center – the perfect stop to buy some amazing local tea to take back home.
Kamal also took us to great local spots for food along the way, and guided us to reliable souvenir shops with fair pricing and good quality – which we really appreciated.
His car was spotlessly clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable, making our journey smooth and relaxing. Kamal also shared interesting facts about every place we passed, adding depth and colour to our experience.
