点评：We used a transfer from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the driver’s outstanding service. He met us at the airport exactly as planned, holding a sign with our names. The drive was long, but the ride was comfortable, the car was clean, and the atmosphere was just what we needed after a long flight.
What really stood out, however, was his help when our luggage was mistakenly taken by another passenger. The driver quickly contacted the hotel to help us track down our bag, and thanks to his prompt action and persistence, we were able to recover it without any issues.
Along the way, he also made a thoughtful stop at a restaurant serving traditional Cambodian cuisine, giving us a chance to enjoy a delicious local meal. It was a perfect break during the drive and a great way to immerse ourselves in the culture.
Throughout the journey, the driver was attentive and caring, offering us water and even sharing some great insights about country. It wasn’t just a transfer, it felt like a truly personalized service that made our trip so much easier and more pleasant.
