点评：This was my first time visiting Africa, so not speaking the language and being so far away from home was nerve wracking for me. Thankfully, Mugisha and Anaclet eased every single worry/concern upon the first 5 seconds of meeting them.
Mugisha and his team were everything our family could have wanted in a guide. They were incredibly kind, considerate (each day they had the car stocked with snacks and fresh water), prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about Rwanda, and each activity that our family participated in (gorilla trekking, visiting local and remote villages, genocide memorial, etc.)
Over the 2 weeks with Mugisha and his team, we felt extremely safe and like Mugisha and Anaclet were a part of the family. If i am ever back in Rwanda, Mugisha and his team will hands down be the one and ONLY guide I will use. I cannot recommend them enough. They are everything you would want in a guide, and even better people.
They will take care of you and ensure you have the trip of the lifetime that you set out to! 15/10
