点评：Awful experience. Took my kid to classmate's birthday party celebrated in the climbing part of explorium. There were 4 children out of approximately 20 that did not had the minimum weight required to do the activity. The staff from Explorium did a very poor job and excluded the 4 kids making them sit by themselves separated to the whole friend group where they start crying and sad as they have done something wrong. If they could not do the climb the staff should be trained to manage kids in a professional way trying not to hurt their feelings or spirit. Lacking complete sympathy and emotional intelligence to deal with children and not offering any kind of alternative to do for the excluded kids was a nightmare. Later on they offered them to be doing a VR experience for more than 1 hour which was just average since all the experience could possibly take only 15 min in a closed room. Do not recommend this place at all for birthday parties.
