Amazing Experience Marred by Organizational Issues

The tour itself was absolutely superb! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, pointing out fascinating details we would have otherwise missed. The sights were breathtakingly beautiful, and we had so much fun paddling around. The actual kayaking portion deserves five stars without question.
The Bad:
Unfortunately, the organizational aspects left much to be desired. The website instructed us to arrive 15 minutes early at a specific beach bar, but this location turned out to be wrong. We ended up waiting for a full hour before setting off in the kayaks, with no clear communication about what was happening or when we would start. After being so excited for the experience, this unnecessary delay really dampened our enthusiasm.
Bottom Line:
I would recommend this tour for the excellent experience on the water, but with a warning: don't expect things to run on schedule. Build extra time into your day and be prepared for potential delays. The kayaking itself is worth it, but the company needs to improve their logistics and communication.
