点评：First of all the meeting point they sent us was wrong. After running around for 20 minutes we finally found the right spot. Nobody of the participants found it directly.
When we arrived they didn't greet us and didn't give us any information. They just walked past us the whole time. They started very late and weren't prepared at all. They didn't give me a life vest, I had to ask them to get one. After this we were told to go to the beach where we had to wait 20 more minutes before we got the instructions.
Conrad was our guide, he was friendly (the only friendly person of the whole team) and he explained some things during the tour but the group was too big and we didn't hear anything he said. It would have been better if he positionned himself in the middle of the group to explain things instead of standing in front of it.
The caves were beautiful and the tour itself was pretty cool. But if you like to do a tour at the benagil caves, choose an other company.
