Nice secluded beach

点评：Saturday 2nd July were driving around exploring the Peninsula of Paliki, on Kefalonia. Having just been to Xi Beach we then drove along the coast and we ended up at this beach on the southern end of the Peninsula.
It was much smaller and more secluded than Xi, and certainly not as developed, a real get away from it all spot with a touch of wilderness.
It is a crescent shaped beach with golden sands which are lapped by the the gentle waves and crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea. It is flanked by rocks at both ends and a mountainous terrain as a backdrop.
At one end of the beach there is a small snack bar, on the beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas in front of it. These are available to hire.
There is nothing at the other end just sand and some rocks, ideal spot to spread out the beach towels and mats, relax and enjoy this lovely beach.
Almost in the centre of the beach there is a beach volleyball net.
At the back of beach there is a parking area as well as a Taverna.
