史密斯家族花园的烤猪大餐的点评
点评：As we planned this trip last minute we added our names to the waitlist, we were called about 9am day if that there was room for us due to cancellations.
Upon check in you get a picture (to pay for) with a couple performers, can buy bird food to feed the many peacocks chickens doves docks and geese we chose to walk to the grounds instead of taking the tram.
The grounds are well maintained, the birds were fun to feed and flock to those with food. Many great spots for pictures.
Host was kind, informative, a bit funny and even sang a few songs during dinner.
Dinner consists of salads, local dishes, proteins fruit, dessert and all you can drink juice soda beer and cocktails.
The pork was excellent, the mahi mahi was excellent, chicken was good, beef (you’re in the middle of the pacific) was chewy. Mac salad et al were fine as expected. Coconut cake dessert was good. Overall better than expected for a buffet style meal.
Small band played local favorites and Christmas music during dinner along with some hula dancing.
The show was not as traditional as some would like, but gave some history of the island, the cultures that influenced its melting pot culture of today. Great costumes and entertainment. Glad we made this part of our vacation.
