点评：Costa Rica Rios planned and booked a wonderful 5 day custom trip for our family of 4 including 2 teen boys. I filled out a survey of activities we would be interested in and the dates and duration of our trip and CRR did the rest. We had the BEST vacation! The hotels were great in La Fortuna and San Jose. We were thankful for having all transportation booked so we did not have to rent a car and navigate driving through the mountains in the rain.
Every driver and tour guide was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and on time. The Desafio Volcano Hike, Sky Adventures, and Pure Trek canyoning were extremely organized. We enjoyed great communication and instructions, and we always felt safe. CRR saved me the time in searching out and booking the excursions. They were able to find us quality lodging on kind of short notice for the busy week between Christmas and New Years. I don’t think I would have been able to secure these rooms on my own. CRR also was able to book all our tours for early in the morning, which worked out perfectly weather- wise and allowed us to relax at the resort in the afternoons.
Again, I truly appreciate the excursions CRR booked for us, the companies and hotels they selected, and the attention and help they provided in answering all my questions leading up to the trip.
