Operates at half load for full price and terrible RUDE staff

点评：fter a long ski day we came to Splitrock Pool to relax and have a good time.
Unfortunately it was not really possible...
First we learned that the outdoor pool is closed because of the steam (???) which was a big surprise to us since last time we were here a few years ago the steam was even bigger and we all had a great time especially our kids in the outdoor pool. Since steam is kind of a part of an outdoor heated pool in the wintertime we did not really understand this.... especially that you still are asking for the full price...
Secondly we thought to go to the sauna, the finn dry sauna, well it was not even close to the right heat of a dry sauna. I kindly asked Meckey, one of the lifeguards if she could/would turn it on cause it is way cooler than it should be and the way she reacted was TERRIBLY RUDE,I was SHOCKED how rude she talked back to me like I was kind of a stupid kid who messes with her belongings....
She, Meckey , then went to the sauna and come to us to let us know in the rudest way she could that we better not touch or mess with anything in that sauna (???? Like we would ever do such thing) and she said , sauna is working just fine.
Well after that we went to the sauna and it was still cold for a sauna...
Also before closing time 2 kids went to one of the hot tubs and she come to them and talked to them in a nontoralable way about having to leave this hot tub...!!!!!
I am very sorry about this but after our last time visit when we had a great time, this time was not nice at all.

我对此非常抱歉，但上次我们玩得很开心，这次一点也不愉快。
