点评：Avoid Vietnam Locals Travel Co at All Costs!I Our group recently used Vietnam Locals Travel Co for a trip from Phong Nha to our hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam. It’s typically a 6 hour drive but we requested to stop at several tourist destinations along the way which extended it to 12 hours. During one of our stops the driver went through my friends bag and took $3,500 USD. His name is Mr. Hiep (phone number +84 90 916 6825) After arriving at our hotel my friend discovered that $3,500 USD was missing from his bag. I understand that it was his fault trusting to leave valubles in the car while we were on the tour and not with the bag. Regardless, this still happened and we want to warn other. He immediately called the driver and got hung up on when asking about the missing money. He then called the company to speak with the representative that we had been working with, Sunny (phone number +84 38 514 3664). She denied this was possible and informed him the entire trip is recorded and they would send the video. Despite his repeated requests, they only provided small snippets of the footage, not the full video. He requested the video 27 times in writing and even provided a shared drive when she said the video was too large. He had 2 separate hotels reach out to assist and they still would not provide the video. Sunny eventually claimed the video was automatically deleted and could not be retrieved. If they had nothing to hide they would have sent the video. This company is DISHONEST and we wouldn't recommend using them. We also had a driver arrive late to take us to the airport on one leg of the journey. Do not use their services. A police report was filed in Hoi An, but it was of no help. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Vietnam Locals Travel Co at all costs.
