Kaluts - Not to be missed at any circumstances!

点评：Being in Kerman also implies visiting the Lut Dessert. We decided to go for the two-day Kaluts, Jahar and Keshit Canyon tour incl. some historical sights like an abandoned caravanserai and the ghost town of Keshit, swimming at a hidden waterfall, camping in the dunes, and going off-road to the Kaluts. We paid 300 Euro for two people - yes, it sounds expansive, but yes, it was definitely worth the money. Not to be missed at any circumstances!
With Firuze we had a great local guide who not only told us all kind of exciting things about the dessert and life in the region, but also helped us with our further activities around Kerman. And Hamid, our driver, did not knew only every grain of sand in this dessert but also brought us to his home, where his wife and two daughters provided us twice with delicious homemade vegetarian food.
