点评：If you are considering a custom tour of Scotland, stop researching and book with Your Scotland Tours. Ross, the owner, created a personalized itinerary based entirely on what we wanted. We were focused on history, whisky, and staying off the beaten path. I honestly thought we would have to cut the Orkney Islands due to time, but Ross strongly recommended we keep them in. He was right. Orkney ended up being one of the most memorable parts of the entire trip.
From start to finish, everything ran smoothly. They handled all of our hotel bookings and gave great recommendations for dinner spots that turned out to be excellent. Colin, our driver, was outstanding. He listened to what we wanted each day and was able to adjust plans as time allowed. He knew all the hidden gems, the best views, and had a way of making us feel like we had known him for years. By the end of the trip, he felt like an old friend.
Ross also has an incredible knowledge of Scotch whisky. If you are into whisky, you will love talking with him. If not, he is still full of great history, fun trivia, and a passion for Scotland that makes the trip feel personal and unique.
