No what we were expecting!!! NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!!!!

点评：The room was tired, dated and dirty.
We stayed here for one night as a treat with the kids before going to Lapland UK the next day. We paid over the odds £200 for a nice hotel but this couldn't be further from the truth!
Grumpy receptionist informed us we didn't have breakfast and that we would have to pay £56 for 2 adults and 2 children if we wanted breakfast! No thank you.
Got to the room which had no main ceiling light, just lamps dotted around the room. The walls were marked as was the furniture. There was mould around the window sill with part of the sill physically hanging off. Mould in the bathroom and sealant hanging off the side of the bath. Carpets were filthy. Coffee machine provided with no creamer or milk. Room was noisy, could hear the room below us. All of this made for an uncomfortable stay.
My husband went to the bar to get water and was charged £9 for two bottles!!!
Probably the most family unfriendly, dirty hotel that we have stayed in. I am very disappointed to say the very least
