点评:If I had been asked "how was your stay?" or "did you enjoy your stay?" then I would have had a conversation with the receptionist in person, and it would have been unlikely that I'd have written this review. However, I think that would involve some interest from the staff members involved.....
1) We were woken at 12.30am by very loud arguing from a surrounding room. Now obviously the hotel cannot control the behaviour of all guests, however, when I rang the reception I would expect some sort of understanding that this was an issue...rather than "someone else has already phoned".
2) Please be aware that the rooms which face the road are noisy. The windows are double glazed, but poorly fitted/sealed so you will hear traffic. The rooms were ok, but as others have mentioned there were stains on the carpet, insects/moths in the light fittings/missing wardrobe door etc. Just attention to detail at a 4* hotel was missing.
3) The pool facilities and changing rooms (in particular the male showers) need a deep clean. I know that the access to the hydro pool is open to the elements, however, I think that at 8am when the pool areas opened, this area could be swept of leaves etc. The ceiling of the male showers is dirty, rusty and not at all clean. As this is a spa hotel, I would have thought that this would be an area of cleanliness.
4) The young people on reception of the spa were more interested in continuing their conversation than addressing me.
5) Breakfast - the food was good, when it was there. Staff needed to be shown that there was no bread for toast, no pastries, no cutlery on their tables (people were helping themselves), no cups/saucers for tea/coffee etc. Plenty of staff but little guidance from the manager.
6) Cleaning staff in the hotel were very polite!

3) 泳池设施和更衣室(尤其是男淋浴间)需要彻底清洁。我知道水疗池的入口是开放的,但我觉得早上8点泳池开放的时候,应该清扫一下这片区域的落叶等。男淋浴间的天花板很脏,生锈了,一点也不干净。毕竟这是一家水疗酒店,我本来以为这片区域应该打扫一下。
4) 水疗中心接待处的年轻人更热衷于继续聊天,而不是主动和我说话。
5) 早餐——食物不错,但当时有。需要提醒员工,没有面包吐司、糕点、餐桌上没有餐具(人们都是自取的)、没有茶/咖啡的杯碟等等。酒店员工很多,但经理的指导却很少。
6) 酒店的清洁人员非常有礼貌!
